Returns
- The return period is 14 days from the invoice date.
- Returns are processed by following the relevant return steps on the online shopping site where you placed your order. (Returns are not accepted from our online site or our stores.)
- Returns are applicable for products that have their tags intact, are unused, and have not been altered by a tailor.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from returns.
Exchanges

Alterations
- Our alteration service is offered free of charge in our stores upon presentation of the invoice.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from alterations.
- Alteration service is not available for products sold in the Outlet category.
Product Examination
- The examination period is 2 years from the invoice date.
- Product examinations are processed by following the relevant examination steps on the online shopping site where you placed your order. (Examinations are not accepted from our online site or our stores.)
- Your product will be sent to the General Headquarters for examination and will be finalized within 1 month.
- The examination result will be communicated through the online shopping site where you placed your order.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from examination.
