Easy return process.

How can I initiate the easy return process?


1. Go to the "My Orders" page from the "My Account" section on kigili.com.

2. Click the "View Order Details" button to view your order details. Your order must be marked "Delivered" to receive a return shipping code.

3. Click the “Easy Return” button next to the item you wish to return.

4. Select the product to be returned and the reason for the return. If you have more than one product to be returned in your order, you must select a product and reason for return for each product. Proceed by clicking the "Select Product and Continue" button on the relevant screen.

5. On the confirmation screen, click the "Create return request" button to give your approval and generate the return code.

6. You can access your return shipping code from the "My Orders" page and from the SMS sent to the registered phone number entered in the delivery address.

7. Please place the item(s) you are returning along with your invoice in a single package. If you do not have an invoice, please write your contact information and order number on a piece of paper.

8. Please return the package to the courier within 5 business days, along with the return shipping code. Providing the code is sufficient; you do not need to provide a return address.

The return period for purchased products is 30 days from the invoice date.
