Presentation of the invoice or exchange card is mandatory for exchange transactions. The product must meet the exchange conditions (unworn, unused, and undamaged). Due to hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged. Direct exchange transactions cannot be made through Kigili.com.

How do I return the product I purchased?

You can return products purchased from Kigili.com within 30 days of the invoice date by using the "Easy Return" option in the "My Account > My Orders" section. If this period is exceeded, you can send the product to our E-Commerce Logistics Center within 30 days, clearly stating your request. Returns cannot be processed at our physical stores. The returned product must be accompanied by its invoice and must meet the return conditions (unworn, unused, and undamaged). Once the product reaches us, the return process will begin, and your payment will be refunded to you shortly, depending on your bank.

What is the shipping fee for online orders?

To make our products easily accessible, shipping is free for orders over 1,250 TL. For orders under 1,250 TL, the standard shipping fee is 44.99 TL.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

After completing your order, you can select the store where you want to pick up your product during the address selection stage. You will be notified via SMS when your product arrives at the relevant store. You can pick up your product from our store by presenting your invoice upon delivery.

Can I get free alterations at the store?

You can benefit from free alteration services at all KİĞILI stores for products purchased through kigili.com.

What are your official online sales channels?

Our brand's official online sales channels are kigili.com and abdullahkigili.com. In addition, our products are also sold through Kiğılı stores on various marketplace platforms. Sales on these platforms are conducted exclusively through our brand's official stores.

How can I determine my size at Kiğılı?

To easily determine your size, you can use the “Find Your Size” link located under the Help Menu on our website. This guide will help you quickly and easily identify the correct size.

I forgot/don't know my password, how do I log in to the site?

To resolve this, simply click the "Forgot Password" button on the login page and enter your registered email address in the designated field.
You can create your new password by following the steps in the email sent by Kigili.com.

Are the prices of the products I purchased inclusive of VAT?

All prices for products sold through Kigili.com include Value Added Tax (VAT).

I want to change my shipping address. How can I do that?

You can update your delivery address at any time in My Account > My Addresses. You can also add a new address during the purchase process or choose and use one of your previously registered addresses.
However, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

How will the product I purchased be shipped to me?

The products you have ordered are sourced and shipped from our E-Commerce Operations Center or our stores, depending on stock availability. If your order contains multiple products and these cannot be fulfilled from a single location, the products may be shipped separately from different locations, depending on stock availability, to expedite the delivery process.

All products are carefully packaged and shipped using special Kiğılı shipping bags and cardboard boxes appropriate to their type.

Where can I view my orders? How can I track my order status?

You can view all your orders in the My Account > My Orders section. Here, you can review your order details and easily track its current status.

I placed my order. When will I receive the products?

Your orders are handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the supply and shipping processes. This time may vary during campaign periods and special occasions.
You will be notified via SMS when your order is shipped. Orders placed on public holidays, special days when the shipping company is closed, will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

Can you ship the product I purchased internationally?

International shipments will begin shortly. You can follow updates on this matter through our website and official communication channels.

Do I have to pay the shipping costs for returns?

To return your order, you can obtain your easy return code by going to My Account > My Orders and locating the relevant order. You can then use this code to return your items free of charge.
For returns made using methods other than the easy return option, any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

How long after the return process does it take for the refund to appear in my account?

Refund requests approved on kigili.com are forwarded to the relevant bank within 3 business days.
Depending on your bank's processes, your refund will be credited to your account within 10 business days. For installment purchases, the refund amount will be credited to your card in installments by your bank. This process depends entirely on your bank's processing times.

How do I process a return for a purchase made in installments?

For returns on purchases made using the installment payment option, the relevant amount will be refunded to your credit card. Your bank will reflect this amount on your card in installments, according to the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund process may vary depending on your bank's transaction policies.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order has been placed, changes to the order details cannot be made through the system.
You can either cancel your order and recreate it, or, after receiving the product, you can exchange it at our stores, subject to stock availability, along with your invoice.
