You can return the products you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- Original labels are included on the product.
- The product will be shipped in its original packaging if possible.
- A printout of the invoice or e-invoice is included with the product.
Products that do not meet the conditions may not be returned based on the inspection results and may be sent back to the same address.
Non-returnable Products
Due to hygiene and personalization reasons, returns are not accepted for the following product groups:
- Underwear products (due to standard hygiene regulations).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Opened and used cosmetic/accessory products.

Return Process (Step-by-Step)
You can follow these steps to create a return request:
Step 1 – Create a return request
- Log in to your Kiğılı account.
- Go to the My Orders section.
- Select the order you wish to return.
- Click the "Create Return Request" option.
Step 2 – Obtain your return shipping code.
Once your return request is approved, you will be sent a return shipping code via our contracted shipping company.
Step 3 – Ship the product
- Pack the product securely to prevent damage.
- Deliver the item to the designated courier branch along with your return shipping code.
- The shipping tracking number can be viewed on your order screen.
Refund/Return Process
Once the product arrives at our warehouse and we verify that it meets the return conditions, your refund process will begin.
- The refund will usually appear on your card within 3–7 business days , depending on your bank's processes.
- For payments made by credit card, refunds will be issued to the same card.
- For purchases made with cash on delivery, the refund amount will be sent to the IBAN number you provided.
- Shipping costs are only refundable for returns of defective products (may vary depending on campaign and seasonal conditions).
