Returns
- Returns are valid for 30 days from the invoice date.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are valid for 30 days from the invoice date.
- Exchanges are processed at our stores upon presentation of an exchange card or invoice.
- Exchanges are applicable to unused items with their tags attached and no alteration work done.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items are excluded from exchanges.
Alterations
- Our alteration service is offered free of charge at our stores upon presentation of the invoice.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items are excluded from alterations.
- Alteration service is not available for products sold in the Outlet category.
Inspection
- Inspections are valid for 2 years from the invoice date.
- To request an inspection, simply bring the product to our store and present the invoice.
- Your product will be sent to the General Headquarters for inspection and the process will be completed within 1 month.
- The inspection result will be notified via SMS to your registered mobile number.
- Due to hygiene reasons, underwear items are excluded from inspections.
