The product(s) you have purchased are checked for stock availability at our E-commerce Operations Center or our stores before being shipped. If your order contains multiple products and they cannot be sourced from a single stock center, to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, they will be shipped separately from our E-commerce Operations Center or our stores to your delivery address, depending on stock availability.
The products you have purchased are shipped in special Kiğılı shipping bags or cardboard boxes according to the product type. We do not offer garment bags for any products, whether they have a hanger or not.

What is the shipping fee for online orders?
To make our products easily accessible, shipping is free for orders over 1,250 TL. For orders under 1,250 TL, the standard shipping fee is 44.99 TL.
Can I pick up my order from the store?
If you select the store pickup option, you can pick up your order from the store that is most convenient for you. You will be notified when your order arrives at our store.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders placed on kigili.com are typically handed over to the shipping company within 1-7 business days (excluding campaigns and special occasions). You will be notified via SMS once your order has been handed over to the shipping company. Our 24-hour shipping service applies only to orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays for products marked "24-Hour Shipping on Weekdays," except during peak campaign periods! Orders placed on weekends or outside of business hours will be processed starting the next business day. During peak periods, the dispatch and delivery time of your orders may be slightly longer. The time it takes for your order to reach your address may vary depending on the average delivery times of the shipping companies, the volume of orders, and the city, district, and region where your address is located.
