Returns
- The return period is 30 days from the invoice date.
- Returns are processed through our online site. (No returns are accepted at our stores.)
- You can create your request by following the steps "My Account > My Orders > Easy Return".
- Returns are valid for unused products with their labels on and that have not been altered by a tailor.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from returns.
Exchanges
- The exchange period is 30 days from the invoice date.
- Exchanges are processed at our stores with an exchange card or invoice. (No exchanges are processed online.)
- Exchanges are valid for unused products with their labels on and that have not been altered by a tailor.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from exchanges.
Alterations
- Our alteration service is offered free of charge at our stores upon presentation of an invoice.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from alteration services.
- Alteration services are not available for products sold in the Outlet category.
Inspection
- The inspection period is valid for 2 years from the invoice date.

For your inspection request, it is sufficient to send the product to our E-commerce Logistics Center with a brief note stating your complaint and to present the invoice:

- Inspection processes are carried out through our online store. (No inspections are carried out at our stores.)
- Your product will be forwarded to the Head Office for inspection and finalized within 1 month.
- The inspection result will be notified via SMS to your registered GSM number in our system.
- Due to hygiene conditions, underwear products are excluded from inspection.
