To cancel your order, simply send an email to onlinedestek@kigili.com.tr stating your order number and your cancellation request. The necessary process for cancellation will begin as soon as your email is received. For the product you purchased, you can request a return or exchange within 12 months, within the framework of the return and exchange conditions. You can make exchanges at all Kiğılı stores, and returns only through the kigili.com website.
