CARD USAGE DETAILS

1. It is an application based on the principle of loading Kiğılı card in the scope of Article number 2 of the related Kiğılı points in the purchases to be made from the product groups to be determined within the scope of the campaigns at various times, which gives the Kiğılı Card owner customers an additional advantage proportional to their purchases.

2. Kiğılı points are downloaded to Kiğılı Card after shopping and invoicing. Kiğılı points collected at Kiğılı Card can be learned from cashiers during the payment process.

3. Kiğılı Card is not a payment instrument. Kiğılı points cannot be used for money and cannot be returned as money.

4. Kiğılı has the authority to change / remove campaign conditions as unilaterally regarding the use of Kiğılı Card at the time it wishes without informing the card owner in advance.

5. Kiğılı may terminate as unilateral of the contract at any time and without any reason by giving 10 days' notice and may request the return of the Kiğılı Card which it has delivered to the Owner. The card holder has clearly accepted these conditions.

6. The legal entities cannot benefit from the advantages and stake out of a claim.

7. Kigılı Card can only be used by the cardholder whose name is written in the contract, it cannot be transferred to someone else.

8. Relatives of the card holders can use the card only for earning Kigili points. The Kiğılı points earned in this way can only be used by cardholders. Cardholder relatives cannot use accumulated Kiğılı points.

9. Cardholder's identity check will be performed by cashier in the course of using the points.

10. Prizes and Kigılı points earned in purchases made will be deleted without any notice at the end of each calendar year regardless of the gained date. Accumulated points will be available in each calendar year - at latest - on the 31st day of December until 22:00. The fact that the points have not been deleted on this date will not prevent deleting them in the new period by Kiğılı.

11. It is the Card Holder's responsibility to follow the Kiğılı Card campaigns to be made by Kiğılı and to take advantage of the campaign validity dates offered during the campaign.

12. In barter shopping and shoppings made with note of expenses and gift certificates, Kiğılı points cannot be earned and Kiğılı card opportunities are not valid in the relevant shopping.

13. Kiğılı points cannot combined more than one campaign and use. Kiğılı points may only be used with that campaign within the relevant campaign period.

14. In case of product return, earned points from the returned item will be deducted from the Kiğılı Card.

15. Kiğılı may request from the Cardholder submit an invoice when necessary.

16. In the event of the calculation of the Kiğılı points or any disagreement, the books and records of Kiğılı will be taken as basis and the card holder has accepted this clearly. This Article has characteristics of evidential contract.

17. Kiğılı Card is issued to the customers over 18 years age. Kiğılı Giyim Tic AS has the right to cancel the card and issue another card.

19. The Client may use all of his / her points, but this rate may cover up to 70% of the invoice amount.

20. The cardholder must inform any Kiğılı store or 0850 2501938 Call Center number if the card is lost or stolen.

21. When the customer wishes, he has the right to refuse to accept commercial electronic communications without any justification.

23. The electronic transmission of the message will be stopped by Kiğılı within 3 (three) work days following the receipt of the rejection request.

In case of disagreement, Istanbul Courts and Enforcement offices are authorized.
